About The Event

Jadis return to playing live for the first time since lockdown.  2 years exactly since their last gigCatch them this Autumn at the 1865 where they will be playing a selection of material from their last 7 studio albumsas well as some new songs which will be on a new album likely to be released in 2022.The band  gained much interest after their last tour and the  release of their studio album ‘ No Fear of Looking Down’and the anniversary edition of their ground breaking album ‘More than meets the eye’.

For those of you new to the band, Jadis  are a melodic rock band hailing from the south of England. They fall into the category of Progressive Rock/ Neo Prog/ Classic Rock yet they have a distinctive, contemporary  soundwith  crunching guitar riffs, melodic keyboard & guitar leads and solos ,clever drum and bass interplay and there is also  much emphasis on vocal harmonies. The combination of  musicians and instruments within Jadis make for a very unique  sound.More information and YouTube clips can be found at

Supporting Jadis on the night, will once again be their good friends Tony Wright & Martin Perry, aka The Little Big Band. Two of Southampton's most respected live and session players, having shared stages and recorded for some of the biggest names in the biz including: George Michael, Paul Young, Dean Friedman, Shakatak, Craig Charles and even the Southern Wales Male Voice Choir! A unique blend of acoustic rhythms and intoxicating sax, Tony & Martin have been performing together since teenagers. The LBB ... a duo like no other and the perfect appetiser to the musically lead Jadis.
