Sorry am trying to see if i can arrange seating for a gig on the 2nd Feb 2025. I don’t want to buy tickets unless i can do seating as am unable to stand for long period.

Hiya both, we're hearing there have been delays with seating and accessibility requests and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We’ve recently improved our system to make sure requests are processed more efficiently, ensuring a smoother experience moving forward. We're launching a new email system that will mean your requests come straight through to the venue now and will be handled in-house to avoid any confusion. If you could email your requests through to hello@the1865.com we'll make sure you hear back with confirmation of your seating requests and some info on how this will work on the night 😊
im in the same boat, ive requested seats before only to be told that there is no seating (so why let me book for that date?) which caused some issues, i wish it was a bit more clear as to which were seating/ disability friendly. ive also had the same issues where ive not gotten a reply, or ive tried phoning the venue and no one answered or got back to me when i left a voice mail >< i need to know these things before i buy tickets
