Tyketto - Disabled Seating

Hi 1865, we have tickets for the Tyketto gig on 22nd Sept; My Wife is disabled and walks with sticks - would it be possible to reserve some seating for us please? Upstairs in the Balcony would be ideal - she can manage stairs as long as I'm there to assist. Hope you can assist? Thanks Jim & Maggie
